Yes, we will send you a digital proof via email in .pdf format, at no charge, before your cards are sent to print. You will receive your digital proof within 5 business days of placing your order. Please note that your order cannot be completed for processing until your proof approval is received via email.

After your order is placed online you will receive a proof: 3-5 business days. After your have approved your proof: (it is up to you how many days that takes) you will receive an order confirmation via email. After your order confirmation is sent to you, your product will immediately be sent to print which takes 7-10 business days. After your product is printed, your order will be shipped standard delivery: 3-5 business days. From the moment your order is placed, your order could arrive anywhere from 13-20+ business days (depending on the timeliness of your proof approval) so please allow adequate time to place and receive your order. Unfortunately we do not offer rush delivery services.

Absolutely. We do not sell any of your information to anyone else. We use it primarily to contact you about order details. As of right now we have no advertisements to be sent out to our customers. We do however reserve the right to send coupons, mailers, advertisements, and discount offers as our business grows, and as they become available.

As of now, we do NOT offer a return policy on any of our products or services. However, we do consider your business valuable and important, so if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a customer satisfaction discount: 50% off of your second order placed within 3 business days of receiving your first order. You must contact us via email within that time period to receive a customer satisfaction discount.
